Cleveland Browns defensive lineman Desmond Bryant, who last week signed a $34 million free agent contract, is being sued by a family whose home he was arrested for attempting to enter last month while intoxicated.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that Isaac Bakar of North Miami, Fla., said his family was "terrified" at the sight of the 6-6, 311-pound Bryant trying to invade their home and that the family has had to seek counseling to deal with the experience.

Bryant, who played for the Oakland Raiders before joining the Browns, said at his introductory press conference that he had made a mistake and was going to "move on" might not be moving on so quickly now with a lawsuit hanging over him.

Bryant got plenty of attention for the incident when his mugshot found its way onto the Internet.
