The Cleveland Browns have signed former Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker Edgar Jones, according to his agent, Marc Lillibridge.

Jones played for the Cowboys last season. He was traded to the Cowboys from the Chiefs in 2012 for a sixth-round draft pick.

The Browns have also signed linebacker Jamaal Westerman has previously played for the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills.

The Browns activated rookie running back Terrance West from the non-football injury list as well as offensive lineman Chris Faulk, defensive lineman Jacobbi McDaniel and offensive lineman Jeremiah Warren. The players were on the list due to conditioning test issues.

The Browns cut running back Jourdan Brooks and wide receiver Kenny Shaw.
