The Tampa Bay Buccaneers worked out quarterback John Skelton, according to a league source.
Skelton was recently cut by the San Francisco 49ers.
For the Arizona Cardinals last year, he started six games and completed 109 of 201 passes with two touchdowns and nine interceptions. He spent the preseason with the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Buccaneers also worked out former New York Giants wide receiver Ramses Barden, quarterback Matt Blanchard, wide receiver Nathan Palmer, former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Mike Thomas and former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver LaQuan Williams.
