Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush said he isn't worried about missing any time with the left knee injury he suffered in Sunday's loss at Arizona.

“I’m not too concerned,” Bush told the Detroit Free Press. “We’ll see how it goes tomorrow and take it one day at a time. I’m not too concerned, though. I think I’ll be all right and I’m going to do everything I can to get back on the field Sunday, even if I have to rehab 24 hours a day.”

Bush will have an MRI today to determine the extent of the injury.
