Keith Butler will be staying on as the linebackers coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Last week, Adam Schefter of ESPN.com reported that Butler would become the new defensive coordinator of the Indianapolis Colts, though the Post-Gazette quoted Butler as saying the matter was "not a done deal."

It turns out it wasn't, as Butler has decided to scrap his scheduled interview with new Colts coach Chuck Pagano today and stay on with the Steelers where he remains the heir apparent to legendary coordinator Dick LeBeau.
