Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton became the first quarterback in NFL history with 4,000 passing yards and 500 rushing yards in today’s game against the New Orleans Saints. In 1998, Steve Young had the most rushing yards for a 4,000-plus yard passer with 454 yards.
