Jamell Fleming, cornerback, Oklahoma (5-11, 191)
Fleming is a tough player who can get in and out of his breaks, make plays on the football and tackle. Isn’t the most explosive of athletes and will struggle with faster receivers. But can play both inside and out and offers some depth for the Cardinals.
