The Arizona Cardinals have re-signed exclusive-rights free agent nose tackle Alameda Ta’amu.
Ta'amu is a former Pittsburgh Steelers fourth-round draft pick.
He tore his anterior cruciate ligament in the final game of the regular season.
He played in 14 games last season and recorded seven tackles.
The 6-foot-3, 348-pounder has outstanding size as a potential anchor in the middle of the Cardinals' defense.
