The San Diego Chargers have parted ways with undrafted rookie wide receiver Marcel Thompson, according to a league source.
Thompson was signed by the Chargers following the NFL draft and was recently placed on waivers.
He played at Lindenwood University, an NAIA school.
The 6-foot-2, 204-pounder transferred to Lindenwood from Portland State.
