Chargers part with Bigby
Veteran safety released as part of cap purge in San Diego. Terry McCormick
A day after the San Diego Chargers showed linebacker Takeo Spikes the door, they sent veteran safety Atari Bigby to the exits as well.
Bigby was fourth on the Chargers with 79 tackles last season, despite missing the final five games of the year with a groin injury.
