Chargers reach deal with Max Starks

The San Diego Chargers announced Tuesday they have reached a deal with veteran offensive tackle Max Starks.

Starks, formerly of the Pittsburgh Steelers, comes to San Diego, where he figures into the plans at tackle, along with first-round draft pick D.J. Fluker of Alabama and veteran King Dunlap.
