The San Diego Chargers have signed two undrafted rookie free agent linebackers, inking Boris Lee and Mike Nixon to two-year contracts.
Lee is a 6-foot, 245-pounder from Troy University.
He's a three-time first-team All-Sun Belt League selection who finished his career with 395 career tackles.
He also registered 29 1/2 tackles for losses, 9 1/2 sacks and eight interceptions.
Nixon is a 6-foot-3, 225-pounder from Arizona State who started his collegiate career late after spending four years as a catcher in the Los Angeles Dodgers’ minor-league system.
He enrolled at Arizona State in 2006 and went on to become a two-time honorable mention All-Pac-10 choice who finished his career with 253 tackles, 25 tackles for loss, 5 1/2 sacks and eight interceptions.
