Quinn expected to make first start for Kansas City. Terry McCormick
Matt Cassel likely won't play this week due to the concussion he suffered in Sunday's loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
That in itself stirred up plenty of controversy after Chiefs tackle Eric Winston went on the offensive to chastise fans for cheering the quarterback's injury.
That means the Chiefs will start Brady Quinn this Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On Monday, Chiefs coach Romeo Crennel gave what the Kansas City Star indicated was less than a ringing endorsement of Quinn as the starter.
"I know Brady will be ready to play, and Brady is going to do everything he can to help this team win," Crennel said.
