McCluster received a $2.24 million signing bonus and the deal carries a maximum value of $5.15 million.
Arenas' deal has a maximum value of $3.798 million and includes a $1.435 million signing bonus.
The Chiefs also re-signed tight end Leroy Banks.
McCluster (5-foot-8, 170 pounds) was the first of the Chiefs' two second-round selections.
He caught 130 career passes for 1,703 yards with seven touchdowns while rushing 304 times for 1,955 yards with 15 touchdowns. He compiled 1,717 all-purpose yards as a senior, the second-highest season total in school history.
Arenas registered 154 career tackles, 17.5 tackles for loss, seven sacks, six interceptions with one touchdown, 14 pass deflections and nine quarterback pressures.
He also returned 125 punts for 1,752 yards with seven touchdowns and 90 kickoffs for 2,166 yards.
He ranks second in NCAA history with eight career return touchdowns, seven punt returns and one interception.
Banks rejoined the Chiefs after spending time with the club in the offseason. He originally entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with Atlanta before being awarded to Kansas City via a waiver claim.

Sterling sliver jewelry, particularly bracelets, is a staple of fashionable women everywhere. This type of pandora beads is durable yet so beautiful. The versatility is outstanding; it goes with every outfit whether with jeans or with a designer gown. For instance, movie star Sandra Bullock wore a silver cuff bracelet to the 2009 MTV Movie Awards in May 2009. A silver cuff bracelet makes an audacious statement, yet it is lightweight and is flexible so that it can fit a variety of wrist sizes. Another popular type of bracelets is the silver charm bracelet. There are many shapes and designs for the charms that are attached to the bracelet.
