Kansas City continues to make deals leading up to free agency. Terry McCormick
The Kansas City Chiefs are doing everything they can to assure that they will not be 2-14 again next season.
On Monday's deadline for the franchise tag, per ESPN, Kansas City placed the tag on tackle Branden Albert and also re-signed wide receiver Dwayne Bowe, who was franchised last year, to a five-year deal. The Chiefs also agreed to a five-year deal with punter Dustin Colquitt.
