Chiefs promote guard Aaron Wilson

The Kansas City Chiefs prompted offensive guard Rishaw Johnson to the active roster from the practice squad and cut linebacker Josh Martin.

Johnson joined the Chiefs' practice squad on Sept. 3,

He originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Seattle Seahawks last year.. He served primarily on the Seahawks practice squad during his rookie season before being released by Seattle on Aug. 31.  Johnson played collegiately at California University (Pa.).

Martin joined the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent on May 13.  He was inactive for the first three games. Prior to joining the Chiefs, he played in 30 games for Columbia University in the Ivy League, recording 140 tackles, 29.5 tackles for loss, 17 1/2 sacks, two forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries.
