Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly might be a rookie coach in the NFL, but the former Oregon coach has the final say on who makes the 53-man roster.
"I do," Kelly told Philadelphia reporters.
Kelly said he has been in lockstep with general manager Howie Roseman so far.
The Eagles are at 76 players and need to get down to 75 players by this afternoon.
"There's a lot up in the air right now," Kelly said.
