Terrence Cody says looking back on things that he may have lost too much weight too fast during last season with the Baltimore Ravens.

Cody told the Carroll County Times that losing the weight in that manner last year made him a bit weak, but he is feeling stronger during workouts now.

“I feel like I am getting a lot stronger,” Cody said. “Losing that weight last year kind of made me a little weak because I lost it a little too fast, but working out with Bob and those little ‘Superman’ workouts and stuff, I am feeling good.”

The nose guard, who once weighed nearly 400 pounds and failed his conditioning test as a rookie in 2010, said that the proper diet and staying in shape have become priorities for him as he now weighs in at 349 pounds.

"Just taking care of my body,” Cody said. “Most of all, it’s just eating right and just staying in shape.”
