Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle Fili Moala is in trouble with the law.

He was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:31 a.m. Friday morning, registering a blood-alcohol level of 0.10.

He faces charges of driving while intoxicated, public intoxication and speeding, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Per the report, Moala was pulled over for speding and acknowledged having five or six drinks.

According to a police report, Moala's eyes "were glassy and bloodshot."

Moala has been booked and released, and the Colts had no immediate comment on the incident.
