The Indianapolis Colts were awarded kicker Garrett Lindholm off waivers from the Atlanta Falcons.
And the Colts waived former Rutgers linebacker Brandon Renkart.
Lindholm, 21, played at Tarleton State.
He was the odd man out in Atlanta.
Now, he faces long odds in Indianapolis, which features veteran kicker Adam Vinatieri as well as Brett Swensen.
