The Indianapolis Colts signed veteran wide receiver Deion Branch and promoted wide receiver Josh Lenz from the practice squad to the active roster.

Branch worked out for the Colts during the regular season.

The former New England Patriots starter and Super Bowl Most Valuable Player has caught 518 career passes for 6,644 yards and 39 touchdowns.

The Colts released defensive tackle Christian Tupou from the practice squad, placing defensive end Fili Moala and cornerback Greg Toler on injured reserve.

Toler left the Colts' playoff win over the Kansas City Chiefs with a groin injury.
