With Reggie Wayne tearing his ACL during Sunday's win over the Broncos, the Colts have officially moved him to the injured reserve list.
The Colts announced that replacing Wayne on the roster will be cornerback Jalil Brown.
Brown was originally drafted in the fourth round of the 2011 draft by the Kansas City Chiefs. With the Chiefs, Brown recorded 22 tackles (20 solo), two passes defensed, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and 13 special teams tackles in 29 games.
At the moment, Wayne still leads Indianapolis in receiving with 38 catches for 503 yards and two touchdowns. The season-ending injury will halt his streak of 189 consecutive games played, dating back to his rookie season of 2001.
