Colts sign Kelcy Quarles, cut Dion Lewis

The Indianapolis Colts signed defensive tackle Kelcy Quarles to the active roster from the New England Patriots p'ractice squad, cutting running back Dion Lewis.

The Colts signed guard David Arkin to the practice squad.

The Colts released guard Josh Walker from the practice squad.

Quarles was originally signed by the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in May. He played at South Carolina.
