The Indianapolis Colts have struck a deal with veteran safety Mike Adams.
The former Denver Broncos starter has 488 career tackles, 13 interceptions, 55 passes defended, nine fumble recoveries, four forced fumbles and five sacks.
The 5-foot-11, 200-pounder spent the past two seasons with the Broncos.
Last season, he had 60 tackles, one interception and one fumble recovery.
He had 80 tackles and 11 pass deflections two seasons ago.
Adams has previous stints with the Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers.
Adams went undrated out of Delaware.
