Former NFL running back Corey Dillon has been charged with driving under the influence in Los Angeles, according to a TMZ report.
And Dillon's wife filed for divorce earlier this month. She cited irreconcilable differences in her divorce petition.
Per the report, the couple has three children and have been married for a decade.
Desiree Dillon is looking for full custody of the three children with Corey Dillon being granted visitation.
She is also seeking spousal support and attorney fees.
