Could Randy Moss land with the Rams?

Is Randy Moss a fit for the St. Louis Rams?

The 35-year-old veteran announced Monday he intends to return to the NFL this season after taking a year off. You would be hard pressed to find a team with a more serious need for wide receiver help.

So, what do you say, Jeff Fisher?

At this point it's too early to say,” Fisher said, according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Fisher, of course, was the last head coach Moss had in the NFL after the Tennessee Titans claimed him off waivers from the Minnesota Vikings during the 2010 season. Moss didn’t produce much statistically in a Titans uniform, but Fisher sure is fond of him

“I thought the world of him over the six or eight weeks that I think we had him," Fisher said. "I thought he was a terrific teammate and he did a great job in our locker room."

Stay tuned to see if they reconnect.
