Cowboys sign two defensive backs

The Dallas Cowboys obtained some reinforcements for their secondary today.

The Cowboys have signed cornerbakc Korey Lindsey and safety Johnny Thomas.

Lindsey is a former Cincinnati Bengals seventh-round draft pick. He's also played for the Arizona Cardinals, Indianapolis Colts and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Thomas has played for the New Orleans Saints.

The Cowboys are dealing with injuries, including cornerback Morris Claiborne, safety Barry Church and cornerback Sterling Moore. Plus, cornerback Brandon Carr is missing practice due to a death in his family.
