Cromartie dealing with hip injury

Although New York Jets coach Rex Ryan emphasized that it's not a big deal that cornerback Antonio Cromartie is having an issue with his hip, the fact that it's his right hip raises eyebrows.

Cromartie fractured his right hip two years ago. According to the New York Daily News, Cromartie was icing the hip after practice in the locker room.

"I figured I'd float it out there, ‘Now they need Revis more than ever,' " Ryan said. "Cromartie missed two plays of team period."

Will this be an issue? This one bears watching, especially since star cornerback Darrelle Revis' contract dispute shows no signs of being resolved.
