Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino has filed a concussion lawsuit against the NFL.
Marino, 52, is one of the 15 former players who filed a lawsuit in federal court in Philadelphia last week.
That bringst the total number of plaintiffs to over 4,800 former players.
They are arguing that the NFL didn't tell players about the dangers of concussions.
The NFL and the players agreed to a $765 million settlment last summer, but it was rejected by a federal judge in January.
