Soon after it was brought to light that Dan Marino was a part of a concussion lawsuit against the NFL, the former Dolphins great has announced he will no longer be a part of it.
The Orlando Sun-Sentinel, citing an anonymous source, reported that Marino never intended to litigate against the NFL. Marino's main objective, apparently, is to ensure he has health benefits from the league in the event that any issue arises.
The report also states Marino and his attorneys are unsure how his name ended up on the lawsuit.
