With Richard Sherman declaring himself the best cornerback in the NFL, it was only a matter of time before Buccaneers cornerback Darrelle Revis received a question on it.
Speaking to reporters in Hawaii at the Pro Bowl, Revis said he believes he is in fact the best. But he offered a bit of a caveat, too.
"I feel like I'm the best," Revis said, via NFL.com. "Deion Sanders probably feels like he is the best. Everybody has their own personal opinion. And that is how you go with it and I think that is what makes it fun"
Revis offered his opinion of Sherman's post-game rant as well, saying it was something that wasn't done in good taste.
"Don't get me wrong he's an entertainer, but he shouldn't have said that," Revis said. "The reporter asked him a question about the team and he went on to answer about me, me, me, me. So that is how I took it. He didn't answer the question in the right way."
