Lake Dawson was recently promoted to vice president of player personnel in the Tennessee Titans front office shakeup last week.
But that didn't completely stop the thought that the St. Louis Rams still had interest in Dawson for their vacant general manager's role. But now, according to TitanInsider.com, it appears that Dawson is no longer in the Rams' mix and will have plenty on his place to keep him busy in Tennessee.
Dawson not only will be over the scouting department as VP of player personnel, but also will maintain the previous responsibilities he had in heading up the pro personnel department.
