Training camp can be a scary time for an NFL team.
As optimism abounds for players entering camp, it's only a matter of time before the injuries start piling up. In Richmond, the Redskins faced a scary moment when cornerback DeAngelo Hall went down to what was later determined to be a back injury, according to CSNWashington.com.
Hall had to be carted off of the field as a result. However, the report states that a team spokesman said the injury is possibly a bruise, but that Hall is continuing to be evaluated.
After the Redskins released Hall to save $8 million in cap space, the organization re-signed him to a four-year, $17 million contract in Februrary. They'll be hoping for the best when it comes to one of their starting cornerbacks.
