The Dolphins have begun lining up candidates for both their offensive coordinator and general man-ager positions. According to multiple reports, the Dolphins are interested in talking to former Washington offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan, former Houston coach Gary Kubiak and Green Bay quarterbacks coach Ben McAdoo for the offensive coordinator spot.

As for the general manager position, Miami has joined Tampa Bay in requesting permission to speak with New York Giants personnel man Marc Ross. The Dolphins are still considered very interested in speaking to Tom Gamble, who is considered the team’s top candidate.
