Dolphins to interview Brian Xanders, Ben McAdoo

The Miami Dolphins are interviewing former Denver Broncos general manager Brian Xanders today.

Xanders is currently the Detroit Lions' senior personnel director.

Xanders drafted Tim Tebow when he was in Denver in the first round.

He also drafted wide receivers Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker in Denver.

The Dolphins have previously interviewed Tennessee Titans vice president of player personnel Lake Dawson, Cleveland Browns assistant general manager Ray Farmer, Dolphins assistant general manager Brian Gaine, Pittsburgh Steelers director of football administration Omar Khan and Arizona Cardinals vice president of player personnel Jason Licht.

Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach Ben McAdoo is interviewing today for the offensive coordinator position vacated when Mike Sherman was fired.

He has connections to Dolphins coach Joe Philbin, a former Packers offensive coordinator.

McAdoo has also interviewed with the New York Giants.

The Dolphins have interviewed Philadelphia Eagles quarterbacks coach Bill Lazor and former Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan.
