Early collision, Saints' Porter carted off field

Just two plays into the Saints-Buccaneers matchup, Saints' cornerback Tracy Porter and Bucs' wide receiver Mike Williams were injured after a hard collision. Porter was carted off the field on a stretcher. Williams was on the ground for several minutes but walked off the field on his own.

Porter hit Williams on an incomplete pass.

Update: Reports saying Porter was taken to a local hospital by ambulance.  As he was carted off the field, Porter was seen talking to teammates and gave a thumbs-up.
