The Jets are wasting no time getting their recent signee involved in the game-plan.

Ed Reed will start at safety in Sunday's game against the Bills, according to the team's website.

Reed was released by the Texans on Monday after saying Houston was outplayed and outcoached in last week's loss to the Cardinals.

Reed is starting in place of Antonio Allen and will play next to Dawan Landry.
