Eight in the box: Hollywood blondes

EIGHT: Blondes- With NFP Fantasy expert Joe Fortenbaugh heading to the west coast this weekend to see the Birds take on the Bolts, we realized that there’s something great about Hollywood — and it starts with the blonde starlets. So in the sprit of Hollywood, we’re giving you our top choices of the best blondes in L.A. — starting with A-Rod’s favorite, Kate Hudson.

SEVEN: Bad Jay- Bears Nation took one on the chin Thursday night when Jay Cutler threw five picks in a 10-6 loss to the Niners in San Fran. Suddenly, the collective city of Chicago was wishing that Rex Grossman was still in a Bears uniform. Yes, it was that bad around here.

SIX: Mangini- Browns head coach Eric Mangini has had a hard time explaining multiple topics this season for his 1-7 team, but he did it again after RB Jamal Lewis confirmed that he would retire after the end of the season. Is it that bad in Cleveland that a player would retire? Sounds like it.

FIVE: Paris- Maybe it’s a stretch to call Paris Hilton one of the top blondes in Hollywood, but give her some credit. She’s found a way to use her family’s money and fame to translate them into reality shows and a good following. Not bad for someone who doesn’t have a real job.

FOUR: L.J.- Larry Johnson isn’t going to play this week, and his camp is stating that he “won’t rush into a bad deal.” Does anyone think that’s just a better way of saying that no one wants to sign this guy? Looks that way to me.

THREE: Javon wants out- According to reports, Raiders WR Javon Walker has asked the team for his release. I told this to a friend today who responded that he didn’t even know that Walker was still in the league. That’s what happens when you go eight games without a catch.

TWO: Ocho’s Bribe- Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco is paying a hefty price for his “bribe” on Sunday when he tried to tip off a ref with a $1 bill. But it turns out that dollar bill is going to cost him a 20k fine from the league, to which Ocho responded, “I was just being me.” This guy is quickly becoming my favorite player in the league.

ONE: Our favorite blonde- The verdict is always out on who the best blonde in Hollywood is, but we have to go with Scarlett Johansson -- and she looks every bit as sultry as we wanted in this pic. Sorry, Fortenbaugh, you may think you have the west coast wrapped up, but you have nothing on Scarlett.
