Offensive lineman placed on reserve/retired list Aaron Wilson
Oakland Raiders offensive lineman Elliot Vallejo has battled multiple injuries in his brief NFL career, including a fractured kneecap last August.
Now, he has retired.
Vallejo was placed on the Raiders' reserve/retired list Friday, a league source confirmed.
Vallejo is no longer listed on the Raiders' official roster, but the team hasn't made an announcement about the transaction.
Vallejo entered the NFL with the Arizona Cardinas as an undrafted rookie out of University of California-Davis in 2006.
He was released by the Raiders with an injury settlement last September.
He was re-signed to the Raiders' practice squad briefly last season before being released.
Then, he re-signed with the Raiders early last month.
Now, he's apparently walking away from the game.
