Eric Decker doesn't believe Jets are bad team

The Jets have only won one game this season, with that alone signaling how bad of a team they are this season.

However, receiver Eric Decker doesn't believe this is a bad group, despite what the results indicate. Decker said this after being blown out by the Bills 43-23 on Sunday.

“We’re not a bad football team,” Decker said, via NJ.com. “We just do stupid stuff. It’s something that, at this point, it’s frustrating. All you can do is carry on and keep chopping the wood."

The Jet haven't scored more than 25 points in a single game this year. Their one win came against Oakland. Though there have been some close games, simple mistakes the better teams don't have occur.

It's good that Decker is maintaining optimism in his team. But this is a bad team. And for Decker's sake, maybe coach Rex Ryan finally makes a change at quarterback, because Geno Smith simply isn't getting the job done.
