A pending unrestricted free agent regarded as the top player at his position available, Denver Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker isn't sure what the future holds.
“I would love to come back," Decker told the Colorado NBC news affiliate. "I don’t know my future either."
Decker caught 87 passes for 1,288 yards and 11 touchdowns last season.
The Broncos have options because they have Wes Welker and Demaryius Thomas under contract.
So, they don't necessarily need to retain Decker to maintain a good passing attack.
"We know that we have a lot of guys, a lot of good football players, though," Broncos executive John Elway said. "We're going to look at all the options and see where we are, and also look at our cap situation."
