North Carolina tight end Eric Ebron is hoping to be a top 10 pick in the upcoming draft.

Plenty of teams in that range are keeping tabs on him, including the Detroit Lions, which holds the 10th overall pick. According to the Detroit Free-Press, Ebron met with the Lions on Monday.

The Lions already have two tight ends on the roster in Brandon Pettigrew and Joseph Fauria.

Ebron is regarded as the top tight end in this draft class due to his receiving ability.
