Former Minnesota Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson is dealing with four misdemeanor charges stemming from his November arrest in Minnesota on a driving under the influence case.

According to the Pioneer Press, Henderson was intoxicated and was found parked in his car with the lights off. He's facing four charges in this incident and five charges from his Jan. 1 incident.

He has a Monday court appearance for the January incident and an April 29 court date for the November case.

In the November case, Henderson is facing two counts of fourth-degree driving while impaired, one count of careless driving and one count of possessing more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

Henderson failed a field sobriety test and refused to perform two others, according to the report, and blew a .106 on his Breathalyzer and a .11 at the police station.

In the January case, Henderson crashed his car and was charged with second- and third-degree DWI, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and a violation of a special condition on his driver's license.
