Former Atlanta Falcons running back Jamal Anderson was arrested on charges of drunken driving early Sunday morning in DeKalb County, Ga.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports Anderson was pulled over at 4:30 a.m. According to report, Anderson was traveling so slow that he was impeding traffic. He was charged with not maintaining a minimum speed.
It’s not the first trouble for the 39-year-old since his playing days ended. Three years ago, an off-duty police officer accused Anderson of doing cocaine in the bathroom of a suburban Atlanta bar. Charges were eventually dropped.
Anderson is among a large group of former NFL players that have sued the league over concussions.
