Street free agent was starter in Jacksonville before being released. Terry McCormick
Jason Hill, who had been a starting receiver for the Jacksonville Jaguars and then was abruptly released in November, has hooked on with the Denver Broncos, according to the Denver Post.
Hill, who also spent time in his career with the San Francisco 49ers, had 25 catches for 367 yards and three touchdowns in 10 games for the Jaguars in 2011 before being waived and going unclaimed. Hill's coach in Jacksonville, Jack Del Rio, is the Broncos new defensive coordinator.
Hill's biggest moment last season came not on the field, but in the media when he cause a brief stir (by New York Jets standards at least) by saying he thought Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis was "overhyped."
