Falcons' Steven Jackson out at least one game, possibly more

Atlanta Falcons starting running back Steven Jackson has been ruled out at least for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins with a thigh injury.

And Falcons coach Mike Smith acknowledged that the injury could take even longer to recover from.

"It's a short-term injury," Smith told Atlanta reporters. "I don't know if that's two or three weeks.

With Jackson sidelined, Jacquizz Rodgers and Jason Snelling will split up running back duties.
