The Atlanta Falcons are retaining veteran defensive ends Osi Umenyiora and Kroy Biermann, at their current salaries.

The Falcons don't plan to restructure their deals, according to general manager Thomas Dimitroff.

Dimitroff told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution they won't be adjusting the contracts.

Umenyiora has a $4.75 million salary-cap figure and a $2.5 million salary. He had 7 1/2 sacks and three forced fumbles last season.

Birermann has a $4.08 salary-cap figure, and a $3.05 million base salary.
