The Atlanta Falcons have signed veteran offensive lineman Gabe Carimi.
Carimi is a former Chicago Bears first-round draft pick who was cut by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this offseason.
A former Outland Trophy winner from Wisconsin, Carimi played in 18 games with 16 starts for the Bears prior to being traded to the Buccaneers before last season.
He played in 14 games and started three games last season.
The 6-foot-7, 316-pounder was an All-American in college.
