The Atlanta Falcons have struck four-year deals with fourth-round offensive lineman Joe Hawley and fifth-round cornerback Domonique Franks, according to league sources.
A three-year starter at UNLV, Hawley received a signing bonus slightly over $483,000 as well as the standard base salaries of $320,000, $405,000, $490,000 and $575,000 as well as a fourth-year escalator clause.
Franks received the same base salaries as well as a signing bonus slightly over $111,000, per a league source.
Franks started for two seasons at Oklahoma, registering 95 tackles and six interceptions with two returned for scores.
He was named All-Big 12 last season for the Sooners.
It's believed that Franks' signing bonus came in at nearly $211,000.
