Fisher takes only two questions after Rams' shellacking

The St. Louis Rams were awful Thursday night against the San Francisco 49ers, falling 35-11 at home to their NFC West brethren.

After the game, Rams coach Jeff Fisher was in no mood to discuss the loss with reporters, taking only two questions before leaving the podium. While that's good for the beat guys' deadline, it's not so good in terms of providing insight into what ails the Rams, who now stand 1-3 with problems on both sides of the football.

Fisher wa was asked about the Rams running game which has been a problem in the post-Steven Jackson era, gaining just 18 yards Thursday night.

“We’re going to get it fixed, OK. That’s all I’m going to tell you. We’ll get it fixed,” Fisher said via the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

If there's a bright spot for the Rams, they have 10 days now to prepare for their next opponent - the winless Jacksonville Jaguars.
